We don't care how tall you are, how fast you run, or what you looked like in high school gym class.
It doesn't matter whether you've played the game your whole life or never heard of a ruck.
Here, every player is equal. On the pitch, we fight hard for the full 80 minutes, proud to compete in one of America's fastest-growing sports, defined by fierce competition, mutual respect, and an unbreakable sense of community.
After the final whistle blows, we share drinks and stories with teammates and opponents alike.
This is rugby.

ABOUT US
The Upper Valley Rugby Football Club is entering its 10th season! It all started on a cold, icy day in 2016 with 8 freezing men and a dream. Now we’re 50+ players, including a Mens and Womens+ side, who compete annually in New England Rugby Football Union (NERFU) at the Division 4 and Division 3 levels.
Located in the Upper Valley, straddling New Hampshire and Vermont, we play locally and around New England. Our players range from their late teens to mid-40s, and come from all walks of life. We include scientists, farmers, engineers, nurses, lawyers, tradesmen, and folks in the business world. We are a diverse group united by our love of rugby, and a desire to have fun and compete at a high level. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all, and WE WANT YOU!
